Some more stripes

Before decorations

Helloo everyone! ^^
Classy zebra stripe design this time... :) I wanted something simple with basic colors, so this is what I came up with. I did these a while ago, when my nails were still long... I just recently shortened them and made the shape more round again. :P

So what do you think? :) Oh, this time I actually remembered to take a photo of polishes I used:

Golden Rose silver nail art polish and H&M Ocean Sand.
Btw, you may have noticed that I changed my blog's background recently... I loved the pink one, but it started to bug or something, it didn't cover the whole screen and stayed as just a tiny picture in the center of the page. :/ And since I am such a computer noob, I had no idea how to fix it so I just changed the whole thing. I like this new one also, but it just takes time to get used to it. :P What do you think, better? Or would you have preferred the old, pink one? :)

Swatches - OPI Ink & Tease-y Does It

Direct sunlight
Here they are, Ink & Tease-y Does It on my sister's nails! The dark purple is 'Ink' and the dark reddish brown (??) is Tease-y Does It. Both polishes are very beautiful, but it was so hard to try capture them in photos... :'D Anyway, I hope you get the idea. ^^
This is a very brief post, but next time I'll do a proper nail-art post! ;)

Tässä siis OPIn Ink ja Tease-y Does It siskon kynsillä.

Chocolate bananas

...These look like chocolate dipped bananas, right? :D Inspiration is directly stolen from HERE.

I forgot to take picture of the things I used... First two layers of Models Own Lemon Merinque. Then I made the tips with my "dotting tool", the polish is Essence - Spicy. I used the same polish to the bow, but I made it with the polish´s own brush, u know? I lined the bow with Golden Rose golden nail art polish. Then I added little bling to the tips.
I like them! So sweet. :3 Aah, I love it here in UAE, the sun is shining every day and it's so much easier to take good pictures! Yey! :D
Some more nail inspiration in the end!

Näistä kynsistä tulee mieleen suklaaseen dipatut banaanit, ainakin minulle! :D Ensin laitoin kaksi kerrosta Models Ownin Lemon Merinqueta, sitten tein kärkiin kuviot "dotting toolilla", lakkana Essencen Spicy. Sitä käytin myös rusettiin, mutta tein sen ihan sillä lakan omalla harjalla (en siis dotting toolilla tai nail art siveltimellä). Rusetin rajat on tehty Golden Rosen kultaisella nail art lakalla. Lopuksi lisäsin kärkiin Seppälästä ostettua glitteriä. :)

It´s quite sophisticated...

... or that´s what I think of these nails:

Beige and nude --> pretty! :)
Nail piercing! :DD
I bought some new nail polishes couple of days ago, and used some of them on that design. First I sponged `Dust and Diamonds` on the tip, and then one layer of shimmery `Gina` from Wet and Wild. Then I added some Brown pearls on my ring- and index finger! You might recognize those nail piercing jewelleries from my earlier post, here.

H&M nail polishes I bought: Dust and Diamonds,Pink Mist and Gold.
This one is my favorite! :3
Polishes I used on the nails: Wild and Crazy Gina and H&M Dust and Diamonds.
Okay. It feels like forever since I last updated altough it was only 5 days ago! I´m sorry! :''D My blog is running late, I have so much things I should post about, but I´m too busy at the moment! D: Be patient, I´m doing the best I can. ^^
My dear friend was almost two months on holiday in Vietnam, and last week she finally came back! Yey! :D She told me she was at manicure every week while staying there. I want too! It would be wonderful if someone else did my nails for a change. :) And just look at her nails!

So p r e t t y ! *w*
I want to learn how to do that kinds of manicures! OwO Yeah.
I´ll try to get something done here, hopefully I´ll be able to post more often. Luckily I have some help:

Nippe was helping me while I was blogging! ^^

Cookie nails

I wanted to use those fimo -nail things I made, so I decided to use pink & brown polishes and fimo-cookies to this design:

I´d like to eat them! :9
I like that pink a lot, all that silver shimmer and everything!
Posing with beautiful maple leaf! :)
Polishes I used: Pink charlie nail polish and essence 39, spicy.
This weekend I was at Joutsa (visiting my father), and we went to Mikkeli. There´s a place called "Kenkävero" (in english it´s "Shoetax", I have no idea where the name comes!), It was very beautiful!

There´s a restaurant, café, shop and some exhibitions. And also a garden, but it was closed because winter is coming. There was also a wall, where people could write their pets names. I think that´s very sweet idea!

Text on the wall: My cats name is
We wrote our cats names there <3

Chocolate lollipop for me.. :9
Yey, that´s all this time. I was planning to a fimo-tutorial soon, what do you think, are you interested? :)

PS. (This is only in Finnish, I´m sorry, but the giveaway I´m advertising here is only for her Finnish readers.) Tyttö ilman helmikorvakorua -blogissa eli TÄÄLLÄ on menossa upea arvonta! Käykäähän osallistumassa. ;)

Nails, nails and Karate Kid

I´ve been very busy lately! First of all, I did those nautical nails I was planning. Here they are:

Winter is coming, and now there are all these beautiful colours everywhere!
The polishes are H&M Blue My Mind and OPI atomic orange (two layers both), from my sister. <3
The anchor is made with tiny golden sequins. These nails turned out quite well, altough the anchor could have been better, I think. But nothing is perfect! :)
I´ve also been working on with another nail design!

This is actually a design I started months ago, but I´ve been too busy to finish it. Now it´s finally ready! :D I like these nails a lot, lots of rhinestones and pearls and other stuff I like... :3

Polishes I used: Wild and Crazy Free Will, Constance Carroll Quick dry Apache ( that´s a VERY old polish!) and NAIL STAR´s black nail art polish.
And guess what? I have one more nail design to show you! :) I´ve been very hardworking! Here we go, step by step (sorry, the pics are a bit blurry...):

These are just the tips. Nail polish is Diffi 25 and stripes are made with white Kiss nail art -polish.
Can you guess what´s coming up? :D
Some more lace with Kiss -polish...
...and rhinestones + fimo-clay...
...and they are ready!
Hahaa, I made those fimo-clay nail accessories! It was very hard because I had to make them very tiny to fit on the nails! But they are cute, or what do you think? :) I´m not sure if I´ll add something to them, I was planning for some rhinestones and pearls and flowers also... We´ll see, maybe.
Then some other stuff! We had another school trip to Helsinki today, we went to visit the Uspenski cathedral with our religions class. The cathedral was beautiful! Train left at 8.52 a.m., and the divine service started at 10 a.m. We had to be there 75 minutes (as long as one lesson takes) and then we were free to go and do what ever we wanted to. Sadly it was sunday and shops were closed, but we had this great idea to go to movies! :D Yes, we went to see Karate Kid! And I loved it! <3

What can I say? Jaden Smith is my idol. ;)
We also saw these bears on Senaatintori. I´m not quite sure what´s that about, but basicly there´s a bear for each country, and an artists have painted the bears all differently. Even Finland has it´s own... But I think it was a bit fail. I mean, look at this:

Compared to this, for example:

I´m not sure which country is this, but it´s a great idea!
What´s going on with that Finland-bear? I don´t see the idea. Or maybe I don´t understand modern art, wouldn´t be the first time. Seriously, look how much more creative these others are!

I have too many pictures of these, and I don´t even remember what countries those are... Only thing that´s for sure is that Finland Failed. ^^' Oh well.

It was impressive. I´m not sure if there was a bear from every country on earth, but there were lots of bears!
I´ll go to bed now, it´s been a very fun and eventful weekend! :D I hope you liked the nails, and welcome, new followers! :)

Sippe says good night! <3
