Be A Dahlia Won't You?

Hello everyone! ^^
This time I have another mani I made a while back, hence the square shaped nails. :)

Be A Dahlia Won't You is one of my favorite OPI polishes, such a beautiful and bright pink! I usually combine this polish with flowery decorations, and this time I used petal-shaped rhinestones on the ring-finger.

As almost all my favorite polishes, this one is really challenging to capture into photos... :P But I think I got the colour almost right in the first pic.

Caviar Nails x2

I finally got my own caviar manicure set! :D I know I'm so late with this trend, but better late than never right. I actually found myself a set of four different Ciaté mini-polishes and caviar pearls as a promotion during the Shopping Festival (I should actually do a post about that, I got so much cool new stuff... :D), altogether 195 dhs (roughly 40€) from Sephora. I don't know if I would've been able to find these cheaper online, but since I hate ordering stuff, I always try to find what I want from actual shops... If that even makes any sense. :'D So yeah, here they are:

I actually decided to share these with my sister, since it was then four polishes each. I kept the polishes and the pearls which you can see in the photo above. :)
Here's my first caviar manicure:

I used knickerbockerglory polish and candyshop pearls.

I like. :) The little caviar pearls are so cute! I messed up my ring finger a bit with top coat, I know it's not necessary, but I figured it might keep the beads in place for longer. Well, maybe so, but it also took some colour away... Learnt my lesson there. I was expecting these to start coming off quite soon, but surprisingly they lasted for a week, only a few came off! Then I also did my sister's nails:

For her nails I used my pink Skinfood polish,  except on her left ring finger, in which I used the golden Ciaté polish, and the holographic caviar pearls. This was a bit of an experiment, just to see how the beads work on different polishes. I must say I like it on both polishes! :)

Sorry for the disappearance

Hey everyone!
It's been so long since I last posted, and my last post wasn't even about nails... I'm so ashamed xD Anyway I've been suffering from some technical difficulties, does anyone know how to get photos and videos from iphone to laptop? I've got over 1000 photos on my phone, but for some reason when I try to transfer them on my laptop it says "no photos or videos found"! Aaarrg I miss my old and faithful Nokia... :'( Anyway that's not my excuse, I do have some nail photos on my camera too.... ^^'
Oh well, let me introduce you an old glitter manicure I realized I forgot to post here. I did this probably almost a year ago, so next up are some more recent manicures. :) This one is just a simple glitter gradient mani, but I really liked it so I thought it deserves to be posted! :D

Lately I've been keeping my nails shorter, I miss the old lenght now! :'D
Okay, at least now I have loads of new nail designs to show so I won't be running out of ideas any time soon... Stay tuned guys, see you soon! ^^

This is actually quite an old manicure, but I actually like it so much I was doing quite a lot of these while ago... :'D
I just noticed Blogger's new layout, blah I dislike it so much... It always take ages from me to adapt to changes. :P But hopefully this will be the end of annoying blogger-fails, I just have to learn how to use this... What do you guys think?

Direct sunlight

I bought some new OPI polishes lately, and of course I had to try them out! :D This is the design I made. I used "Be a Dahlia Won't you?" first, the polish is very covering but I used two layers to make it last longer. Such a beautiful pink with tiny golden flakes that unfortunately don't show in my photos... :'D

Next I did the petals with Kiss white nail art polish. Then I added some "I Lily Love You" by OPI on the tips, and done! I wasn't sure where this design was going when I started polishing, but I really like the result! ^^

I just love those colorful flakes! x)

These are my nails three months ago... :'D I totally forgot to post these pics, I'm sorry! Anyways, This is my first Avon polish and I totally looove it. The quality is great and and the color is beautiful shimmery pink, just what I love! :)
I actually liked the color so much that I didn't even decorate these nails in any way... So it's just a swatch this time. But don't worry, post about my christmas nails and the new year is coming up! ;)

Pearlss

Have I mentioned how much I love this polish? :D Two layers of Teenage Dream from Katy Perry collection. :) It's such a princess polish! xD I was going to do just something simple, but then I got bored and decided to add few pearls..

I don't have proper picture of finished nails, that's the best one. sorry for it's a bit shaky and colors are off. :P I thought the result was cute, but I got fed up with these quite quickly so I removed them.. :'D 

Think Pink ;)

Oh yes, October was breast cancer awareness month... And these are the nails I did then. :) Actually I only did pink nails in October, at least that's how I feel, looking back the pics now... :'D
I used the pale pink, shimmery Claire's polish as base, then sponged another pink Claire's polish on tips. I made the ribbon on ring finger first with white Kiss nail art polish, then I colored it with pale pink Nail Star -nail art polish leaving a bit of white on the edges. On other nails I did flowers and random dots with the same nail art polishes, white and pink. And finally on top of everything I glued few round rhinestones! ^_^
That's it this time! x

Rintasyöpä-kuukausi (mikä se nyt virallisesti onkaan suomeks? :'D) oli ja meni, mutta tälläset kynnet tein silloin. :)
Ensin laitoin yhden kerroksen vaaleaa, shimmeristä Claire's lakkaa, ja kärkiin töpötin pinkkiä Claire's lakkaa. Nimetömän nauhan tein ensin valkoisella Kissin koristelulakalla, ja lisäsin keskelle vaaleanpunaista Nail Star koristelulakkaa. Reunat jätin valkoiseksi. Muihin kynsiin tein kukkia samoilla lakoilla ja lopuksi lisäsin vielä pyöreitä strasseja. :)

The ribbon came out a bit thick and there's few bubbles too... Otherwise I like the way it turned out :'D

Flowers

Helloo everyone! <3 Our internet hasn't been working again... Otherwise I love being here, but seriously how hard can it be to make things work as they're supposed to?? :P Anyways, today they fixed it and hopefully it will last more than couple days this time.
This is another design I made during summer. Very basic, just flowers over sheer shimmer polish, but I loved it! ^^ I did the flowers with my white Kiss nail art polish, and added some silver in the leaves with Golden Rose nail art polish.

I also visited my friend who i hadn't seen literally in years!! :D It was so great to see her again, we had so much to talk about... I also did her nails:

I'll try to update more often, because I have so many designs waiting to be posted here, and I've done lots of new designs and also bought some new gorgeus polishes... ;)

Jälleen yhdet kynnet jotka tein kesällä, aika perus kukkia mutta tykkäsin näistä kovasti! <3 Tein samantyyliset kynnet myös kaverilleni jota kävin moikkaamassa pitkästä aikaa! Oli kiva jutella, varsinkin kun ei oltu oikeesti nähty vuosiin! ^^
Yritän postailla tänne juttuja useammin, mulla on vieläkin monta julkaisematonta juttua kesältä ja täällä tapahtuu koko ajan lisää... :DD Toivottavasti tää netti nyt toimii tällä kertaa vähän kauemmin kuin pari päivää, se nimittäin korjattiin taas tänään kun ei ollut toiminut viikkoon... =_= 

So girly (I'm BACK!!)

Yeeeyy I'm finally back in business! :D And I've missed you all so much! :'D Thank you for your patience and sorry that it took so long to get back... Our internet wasn't working when we got here, it takes so much time to get everything working here. :'D But now I've finally moved in The UAE properly and started my school here. So much stuff has happened lately, I don't even know where to start! I miss my friends in Finland, but I've met so many amazing people here and got lots of new friends! <3 Everything is so different here compared to Finland... :P We also celebrated my 18th birthday few days ago! ;D And btw, this is my 100th blog post! Oh my gosh how fast everything is happening... xD Hahaha I'm so happy at the moment! xD
Anyways, now back to nails. I did lots of different designs on my holiday, and this is the first one of them. I loved it... ^^

I don't have pictures of what I used, but it's some old Wet'n'Wild polish... :'D

It was quite a lot of work to glue on all the little things but I enjoyed making these and loved the result! ^^
Now I think I'll start posting once a week, because school here takes a lot of my time... But I love to be back, I missed blogging while I was away! <3

Täällä ollaan taas!! :D Nyt olen virallisesti muuttanut Emiraatteihin ja aloittanut täällä koulun. Kaikki on ihan erilaista kuin Suomessa, mutta oon tavannut ihania ihmisiä ja viihdyn täällä. ^^ On kyllä hirveä ikävä kaikkia suomalaisia! ;__; Viime aikoina on tapahtunut ihan hirveästi kaikkea... Vietin 18 vuotissynttäreitäni pari päivää sitten! ;D Ja tämä on sadas blogitekstini... Huh miten nopeesti aika menee! xD
Ihanaa päästä taas bloggaamaan, olisin aloittanut jo viime viikolla mutta kesti saada netti toimimaan... Täällä yleensä kestää saada kaikki toimimaan. :P Tein lomalla aika paljon kynsiä, ja tässä on niistä ensimmäiset. Unohdin ottaa kuvat jutuista mitä käytin, mutta lakkana on joku wet'nwildin lakka jonka ostin joskus Seppälän alennusmyynnistä... Kaikkien noiden pikkujuttujen liimaamiseen meni aika kauan, mutta tykkäsin näiden tekemisestä ja rakastan lopputulosta! ^^
Tästä lähtien yritän julkaista kerran viikossa, sillä koulu vie täällä aika paljon aikaa... :P Joka tapauksessa, ihana olla taas takaisin! <3

Gradient zebras

Yeah, finally I have some nail art to show you! :'D I did this design before coming to Finland, and I liked it so much that I actually wore it about three weeks.... o_o That's some kind of record for me!^^

Sinful Colors - Daddy's Girl and Forget Now

First I made the gradient effect by sponging the two Sinful Colors polishes. I hadn't tried this kind of gradient effect, you know with two colorful polishes, before. I really like it! I'll definitely do something like this again. :)
Then I thought it might look even better if I added something on it, and so I ended up to do these golden zebra stripes. I used the Golden Rose nail art polish. Hehee, I liked this design! ^^
Okay then. I've decided to take summer vacation from blogging... I'd really love to keep blogging, but I simply have no time now when I'm in Finland. :P So I'll enjoy my time here, and I'll be back in September, when my life has settled again! I'm sure I'll have lots of new stuff to share with you then... ;) Anyway,

Pitkästä aikaa taas kynsiä! :D Tykkäsin näistä kynsistä niin paljon että pidin niitä suunnilleen kolme viikkoa... Se on kyllä ennätys, ainakin minulle. xD 
Ensin tein liukuvärjäyksen töpöttämällä Sinful Colorsin Forget Now:ta kynnen tyveen, ja sitten Daddy's Girliä kärkiin. Lopuksi tein raidat kultaisella Golden Rosen nail art lakalla. 
Päätin pitää kesälomaa bloggaamisesta... Minusta olisi mukava kirjoitella tänne, mutta nyt kun olen Suomessa, niin en yksinkertaisesti ehdi. :P Aion nauttia kesästä täällä, ja palaan bloggailun pariin syyskuussa!
